The Weinstein home project was a 2-part project that involved decorating their current home, bringing it from traditional to transitional in design including new paint colors, new furniture, updated dark stained hardwood floors, area rugs, and custom designed built-ins. The second part of the project involved building a pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating areas, remodeling of their current garage into a cabana, building of new garages, and upstairs guest room and fitness gym above the new garages...on the new lot they purchased next door. This second stage was a major new construction project that involved signficant project management between myself, the architects, the contractor, the pool builder, and landscaper. The current house was painted, windows replaced, lighting fixtures replaced and new railing added to match the new construction next door, resulting in a stunning final product that brought the new and old structures together in one beautiful design.
